Cut Your Wolf Loose is a whisky bar and bottle shop in Brighton with hundreds of drams covering Japanese rarities, smoky Islays and punchy American rye, all poured by the glass. The space itself is scrappy and lived-in, with neon signs, graffiti and stacks of vinyl, and it's just as normal to see people nursing a serious single malt inside as it is locals outside with a highball or a boilermaker. Staff really know what they're talking about and will happily steer you towards something obscure, interesting, or both. It's a place that takes whisky seriously without taking itself too seriously.
