Filthy fried eggs and damn good coffee, that's Fika in a nutshell. A collab between Cracked and Back Yard Coffee, this Brighton spot is all about great coffee and indulgent sandwiches. The menu leans brunchy and indulgent, serving things like grilled cheese toasties with chilli jam, or the 'Breakfast Bird', a delicious fried chicken and egg bun. Vegans aren't left out either, with plenty of options to keep everyone's hunger at bay.
