Temple is a café in the historic Black Rock folly on Madeira Drive, a small circular building that has spent most of the last century empty. The space has been restored with huge arched windows that frame the sea, so the focus naturally falls on the view while you work through a coffee from Red Roaster or a pastry from Real Patisserie. The interior keeps things simple and stylish, and there is a paved terrace that catches the sun on good days.
