Classes range from gentle flows to more dynamic sessions, but everything stays beginner-friendly and adaptable to the group. There's a relaxed, friendly feel to the teaching, with plenty of attention paid to pace and comfort rather than perfect poses. Beyond weekly classes, they also run longer outdoor experiences, including hikes and forest bathing, which feel more like a day out than a workout. Ideal if you want movement that fits naturally around Brighton's landscapes.
