Chilli Brighton is the younger sibling of the long-standing Hove favourite, Chilli on Church Road. This newer Thai spot brings a modern edge to traditional dishes with colourful plates and all the classics done with their own contemporary twist. The vibe is lively but just the right amount of laid-back, with a menu of colourful plates featuring classics like pad Thai, fiery green curry, and crispy chilli squid, alongside Northern favourites such as laab chicken and waterfall duck.
