Nostos in Hove takes its inspo from the Greek city of Thessaloniki, where its founders first met and decided good food was worth building a life around. The menu combines classic Greek flavours with lighter, veg-forward dishes and some solid grill options, all prepared with a focus on high-quality ingredients and a nod to sustainability. The space is bright, simple, and relaxed, very much like a neighbourhood favourite, and the wine list is predominantly Greek, with a few familiar picks if that's more your style.
