Wild Flor has been raising the bar for Brighton dining since 2019, when founders James and Faye Thomson and Rob Maynard opened on Church Road with little more than a paintbrush, a handful of tables and a lot of ambition. Fast-forward a few years, and the restaurant has become a fixture in the Michelin Guide and a regular on Brighton's top restaurant lists, celebrated for its elegant French-style cooking and one of the best wine lists in the area. The menu features seasonal dishes that change daily, spotlighting the best seasonal produce, freshly caught seafood, and in-house butchered cuts, all served in a classically European style with a focus on top local ingredients.
