One of the world's most acclaimed bakers, Richard Hart, whose past ventures include the famed Tartine Bakery in San Francisco and Copenhagen's Hart Bageri in partnership with René Redzepi of Noma, returns to the country of his birth at Claridge's Bakery – geographically as well as spiritually. The bakery at the prestigious five-star hotel offers Hart's take on timeless British favourites like custard tarts and Jammy Dodgers, as well as his signature sourdoughs, bloomers, and othert breads.
