There are different cocktails and spirits to choose from, including absinthe, but the headliners are the titular Demon and Wise – a pair of cocktails that use exceptional spirits to reflect man’s inner wickedness or maturity. Most intriguingly, the recipe for each is changed after they’ve been served 100 times.
