Mc & Sons are relatively new on the Irish pub scene compared to their long-standing cousins. This pub in the heart of Southwark may be old-fashioned, but it's only been around since 1998 and attracts expats from all corners of London. They have a fantastic selection of beers and a drool-worthy Thai food menu. The pub is essentially a shrine to the heritage of the Mc Elhinney family; walls are pasted with pictures of the family through generations - you might even get to meet one of them sinking a pint at the bar.
