Stem and Stem is a rather unique City venture – London's first restaurant and florist in one beautiful space. Seasonality is intertwined through both of its aspects, with prettily arranged seasonal bouquets providing bursts of colour throughout the bright dining area and available for purchase as well. Meanwhile, the produce-led kitchen uses seasonal British ingredients, including game meat, to execute a changing menu of refined plates such as dressed Maldon oysters, roasted Cornish cod, and black treacle & cinnamon roll with Yorkshire rhubarb jam, accompanied by a robust wine list.
