The Vesper Bar is inspired by the five-star Dorchester hotel's many connections to James Bond, including hosting author Ian Fleming, whose literary creation “invented” the titular Vesper martini. The Martin Brudnizki-designed venue is styled as an ornate 1930s lounge. Martinis are the stars of the show, with other signature cocktails, poured into bespoke glassware, and luxurious snacks available as well.
