Chin Chin Ice Cream pioneered hand-churning ice cream with liquid nitrogen, adding a flair for unusual flavours and creative presentations to become mainstay of summers in the city since first launching in 2010. Their Soho branch offers more variety compared to the now-defunct Camden shop, including an emphasis on desserts, not just ice cream, as well as exclusives such as an Amalfi lemon sorbet on biscuit crumble & basil lemon curd, covered in blow-torched meringue & studded with tutti frutti candies.
