Flying Horse Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery which initially launched in 2018 in Mare Street Market with a roastery and hatch window. Now, they have a handful of venues around the city, including in Shoreditch. The coffee is a highlight here, and they serve the finest beans from around the world alongside a breakfast and brunch menu of hearty dishes. Things like the classic fry-up and cured trout on sourdough steal the show as well as their hearty Mexican breakfast. There are also sweet treats and pastries at the front counter, as well as a bunch of cool merchandise to purchase.

Suuuuuch en god brunch här! Deras forell på surdeg var så god och deras kokta brekkie var fantastisk. Jag tycker också att de serverar det bästa kaffet i London. Jag kan inte vänta med att komma tillbaka hit och prova allt annat!
