Placing an emphasis on production techniques in order to break conventions and change people’s expectations of ice cream, the Ice Cream Union team carefully sources quality ingredients from all over the world. The passionate and inventive artisans make small-batch ice cream in over 50 flavours, including seasonal guests of honour such as Pimm’s, Aperol spritz and watermelon sorbet. On Saturdays, they open their factory at Spa Terminus to the public, so you can get your scoops straight from the source.
