Their Shoreditch eatery is a buzzy industrial hall that is packed to the rafters come weekend brunchtime, with a menu that uses fermentation and pickling to increase flavour while decreasing waste. The resulting dishes such as kimchi, smoked fish kedgeree, eggs Benedict on bubble 'n' squeak cakes and more are tasty and environmentally friendly as well.

Delicious and inventive brunch with great coffee. Was very impressed by quality of ingredients and ambience. Will definitely come back.
