WatchHouse originated in a former 19th-century watch house on London's famed Bermondsey Street. They are committed to serving contemporary coffee in a stylish design-centric space, with every coffee shop in the city inspired by the location they're set in. The Millennium Bridge branch is inspired by the baroque geometry of St Paul's dome, the industrial presence of the Tate Modern, and the shifting light of the river.
