Former Sosharu head chef Alex Craciun returns to London with Aces Foodcraft, showcasing the new heights his mastery of fine dining cuisine has attained over the years. Serving a more relaxed lunch menu during the day, Aces transforms into a more intimate setting in the evening, including a live tasting menu experience. Thanks to Craciun's wife and business partner Aleksandra Jazevica, an established costermonger, the produce used in the kitchen is top-notch across the board. Expect dishes like English baby lamb truffle souffle with fave beans and spring vegetables or Kagoshima wagyu asparagus and picke himeji mushrooms, accompanied by signature cocktails like the jasmine highball.
