Executive chef Jean-Philippe Blondet is in charge of day-to-day operations, serving up three Michelin-starred modern French haute cuisine in the opulent surroundings of the Park Lane hotel.

Blondet and his team create dishes that merge classic French techniques with the very best British and French produce in season. Choose from a three-course à la carte menu or seven-course tasting menu. Vegetarians are also catered for with a completely vegetarian seven-course Menu Jardin. Signature dishes include the “Sauté gourmand” of lobster, truffled chicken quenelles and homemade pasta; and dry-aged beef, artichoke and bone marrow.
