Launched in late 2025, Beef & Bass takes the warm, communal experience of grilling over charcoal and updates it for the contemporary Chelsea lifestyle.
Revolving around the two premium ingredients that give the buzzy restaurant its name – rich, 30-day-aged beef and sustainably sourced wild seabass – the menu embodies the fine craft of charcoal grilling. Meticulous care is paid to every dish to ensure just the right char, with a selection of signature sauces and sides designed to perfectly complement the fire-lashed mains for a truly satisfying dining experience. On Sundays, the restaurant also serves a traditional roast dinner with all the trimmings.
