Speaking of dining, the menu at Chourangi ventures deep into the alleys of Calcutta, using fresh, carefully sourced ingredients to bring out the city’s intense street food flavours and give them a contemporary twist. The authentic dishes include freshly baked naans, parathas and rotis, tandooris, small plates of Chingri cutlets or beetroot chop, large curries and seasonal vegetable biryani.
