Having taken over the space that used to be the iconic Simpson's Tavern, Cloth Cornhill retains elements of the latter's furnishings, offering an elegant interior with wood-panelled walls, bow windows, brass rails, fireplaces, and wooden booths. It also retains its predecessor's fondness for long City lunches where the wine and meats keep flowing regardless of the afternoon schedule.
