Crispin is an all-day restaurant and wine bar in Spitalfields serving seasonal sharing plates and low-intervention wines. The menu is predominantly European-focused, and everything is made using locally-sourced ingredients from small, independent growers and small-scale farms. The wines are primarily natural and made from rare and indigenous grape varieties. From the outside, the restaurant is eye-catching, thanks to its unique triangular shape, but inside it’s pretty minimal. The food does all the talking here.
