Endo at the Rotunda

Third-generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi takes guests on a memorable multiple-course omakase dining experience at his Michelin-starred White City restaurant. Sit at the stunning curved dining counter made from 200-year-old Hinoki wood and let the chef serve you his own selection of artfully presented Edomae sushi.

If you're lucky enough to get a reservation, there are two dinner sittings to choose from. Endo and his team serve up an omakase experience, with dishes displaying his technical skills and mastery of balance and presentation. Ingredients are imported from Japan or sourced from the chef's carefully curated list of suppliers in the UK and beyond.

Endo has also formed personal relationships with some of Japan's finest sake breweries, many of which are now only available in the UK at The Rotunda. Sample these sakes with specially-selected pairings with the omakase for the full experience. The bar also serves fine wines, beers, spirits and a range of signature cocktails using Japanese ingredients.

The simple yet dramatic dining space is at the top of the former Television Centre in White City, with views over West London and striking decor by award-winning architect, Kengo Kuma. The venue also encompasses a woodscape-like lounge area inspired by the natural world.
