The locally sourced furnishings add to the Britishness of the spacious venue. Guests at Sael can choose a base ingredient that is cooked on the wood-fire grill, then customise their meal from a range of sides. Live DJ music keeps the vibes going into the night.

The best British restaurant I've tried in London! The restaurant has its own story and you can feel the Michelin touch in every dish. I congratulate Jason Atherton for creating such a masterpiece.
