Perched on the 25th floor of Hoxton hotel Art'otel, Solaya is a French Mediterranean restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Kenny Atkinson, with the menu including the likes of bouillabaisse with lobster, scallop crudo, and steak tartare with confit yolk and sourdough toast. Taking advantage of its showstopping setting and views, the restaurant features a main dining area as well as balconies for private dining. There's a lounge bar as well, where you can relax with signature cocktails and a curated wine list.
