Originally a members' restaurant by chef John Javier, formerly of Noma, Momofuku Seiobo and Master, The Tent (At the End of the Universe) went public. Expect Javier's contemporary takes on futuristic cuisine, exploring the evolution of social dining as the world drifts into shadow. The stunning setting is styled as a secretive tent beneath a faux night sky, and food is served in forms best known from sci-fi films – think bio bricks and hydration gels.
