The manicure was poorly done with low-quality materials and bad technique. Cracks appeared on the sides immediately, likely due to over-filing after application. Water seeped in over the next few days, causing the polish to peel off completely and severely damaging my nails. Now they hurt, have lost their shape, and are in poor condition. Despite pointing out the cracks to the specialist, they ignored my concerns. This was unprofessional work that harmed my nails and should be avoided.
