The Whitworth

The Whitworth är ett galleri på Oxford Road i Manchester.

Part of the University of Manchester, The Whitworth is a major art gallery founded in 1889. This gallery puts on a wide variety of exhibitions of historical and contemporary art, plus events like daily tours, family activities, concerts, and reading and writing groups. Works from the extensive permanent collection are on show too. This gallery also has a shop and a café serving seasonal food.
