Lennox

Lennox är en restaurang på 60 Spring Gardens i Manchester.

Formerly one of Nico Simeone's Six by Nico themed fine dining restaurants, the chef has relaunched the venue as Lennox, a restaurant dedicated to “unapologetic, indulgent cooking built around flavours you already love.” In practice this means the likes of refined takes on classic British favourites like fish and chips or ham, egg, and chips, with globally inspired flourishes and deft culinary technique elevating the cooking. The interior has a brutalist feel with plenty of steel and concrete, and a chef's table is available as well.
