Mana är en restaurang på 42 Blossom Street, Ancoats i Manchester.

Manchester's first Michelin-starred restaurant, Mana by chef-owner Simon Martin occupies a large, cathedral-like contemporary space in Ancoats where every table has a view of the kitchen. Using techniques such as fermentation and live-fire, the contemporary British menu brings together vivid flavours and delicate textures in a series of unique, beautifully-presented dishes. The set menus are accompanied by a carefully selected assortment of new and old-world wines, as well as thoughtfully mixed cocktails rooted in the kitchen.
