Skate Manchester är en sportanläggning och aktivitet på Cathedral Gardens, Manchester City Centre i Manchester.

Skate Manchester is a seasonal ice-skating rink located in Cathedral Gardens in the north of Manchester.

Open from late October to early January, the covered ice-skating rink welcomes skaters of all ages and skill levels on the ice. One of the best places for ice skating in Manchester during the festive season, Skate is open every day from morning to evening, offering 45-minute skating sessions throughout the day. A portion of each ticket sold traditionally goes towards supporting various charity organisation.

Skate hire is included in the ticket price, but you can also bring your own skates if you prefer. Beginner ice skaters who are unsure of their footing on the slippery surface can also book helmets and various ice-skating aids.

In addition to the ice-skating ring, Cathedral Gardens also hosts a big Christmas market during the holidays. If you're hungry after your ice-skating session, it's therefore easy to find something nice and tasty to refuel with at one of the market stalls, or a nice hot drink to warm up with.
