The bar feels clubby and calm, all high ceilings and soft leather, ideal for a martini, a glass from a serious wine list, or something long before a Barbican show. It is part of the Montcalm at the Brewery complex, so the heritage bones do a lot of the talking while the team keeps things smooth and professional. On the food sides of things, we're talking elevated Mediterranean dishes like courgette risotto and shellfish linguine.
