One of the prettiest pubs in Holborn, The Last Judgment combines grand decor with the cosy hospitality of a country manor, a tasty dining offer, and lively nights at the bar.

Located in the historic Union Bank headquarters at the heart of London, The Last Judgment is suffused in history and preserves the splendour of its illustrious past with high ceilings featuring detailed architecture, lavish decorations, and towering pillars. Formerly a Wetherspoons establishment named The Knights Templar, the pub underwent refurbishment under new management and offers an impressive bar area for lively socialising, complete with plush booths. A range of drinks is available, and offers include the entertaining Footsie Fridays and Stock Saturdays, where drinks prices are based o supply and demand via a stock-market style board. Live DJ music is a regular feature as well.

If you're feeling peckish, you can enjoy a meal in the casual setting of the bar area, or head to the mezzanine for more intimate dinners. The intimate dining area is full of cosy nooks and crannies where you can enjoy a romantic dinner with a significant other or a private business meeting, and the upscale setting with plenty of art on the walls gives off a gallery vibe. 

Rather than the lengthy menu of its predecessor, The Last Judgment serves a concise, well-executed assortment of 28-day-aged grass-fed beef steaks and day-boat fish, accompanied by indulgent sides such as creamy Mac & Cheese or tender-stem broccoli. A selection of sandwiches is served as well for a convenient lunchtime pick-me-up. You can complement your meal with fine wines or one of the expertly mixed house cocktails.
