Albers at the Block

Albers at the Block är ett café, butik och restaurang på De Beauvoir Block, De Beauvoir Rd, Dalston i London.

Albers opened in De Beauvoir in July 2024, founded by chefs from Big Jo and Noble Rot, and is named after their dog, Albers (so itis also dog-friendly). Albers fucntions as a café by day and transforms into a small plates and wine venue from Thursday to Saturday evenings. The menu features tasty breakfast dishes like sausage and egg butties, pastries, and lunch options like ragu on toast and pork pies. Evening dishes include seasonal plates like tomato and ricotta cannelloni and lamb with courgettes. There's a selection of Negronis and a concise wine list, as well as hot drinks and iced coffees in the morning.
