Aiming to radically change people's expectations of ice cream, the artisans behind the Ice Cream Union focus on production methods and sourcing the finest ingredients from around the world. They offer their small-batch ice cream in over 50 flavours, including a range of seasonal sorbets such as sunsweet melon or blackcurrant. They opened their first parlour in Chelsea in 2019.
