Absolutely diabolical. I booked an executive car on their website for a quoted price of 10.40 for a very short journey to a hospital ( less than 1 mile to Northwick Park Hospital). Called my mobile (I was in a meeting and thus interrupted) and said "the price on [their own] website was wrong" and told me an executive car would be £25. For a journey of 1400metres at 7.45 in the morning.
They appear to have never heard of consumer law or honouring their contractual agreements.
