Luso

Luso är en restaurang på 30 Charlotte St, Fitzrovia i London.

Taking over the former Lisboeta space in Fitzrovia, Luso carries on the Portuguese inspiration by serving a menu shaped by traditional wood-fire cooking and the ingredients of the Atlantic Iberian coastline. The latter is also celebrated in the artwork and photos adoring the interior. The kitchen is helmed by a chef whose past experience includes stints at Asador Etxebarri, Londrino, and The Sea, The Sea, serving a menu of dishes like lobster rice, spider crab tartare, and steak slider sandwiches.
