We’d talk about specific dishes, but there’s really no point – by the time you get around to Hackney’s Pidgin, the menu will have changed, never to be seen again. Since opening in 2015, the restaurant has held firmly to its principle of a weekly changing set menu with no repeats, so we’ll just say that all these years later, their creativity has not yet run dry. Expect Asian-inspired plates with influences from all over the world in this minute venue with a faithful following.
