Rogues

Rogues är en restaurang på 460 Hackney Road, Tower Hamlets i London.

Intimate East London restaurant Rogues is a neighbourhood venue that’s proving to be a hit with local diners. The team behind the restaurant formerly worked at the renowned Galvin La Chapelle. After running a number of pop-ups that were continually disrupted by national lockdowns, the restaurant finally opened in its permanent base in March 2022. This cosy space is stripped-back and simple, with bare walls and low lighting.

There’s no permanent menu at Rogues. The diverse selection of seasonal dishes here is constantly changing, and you’ll find the current options written up by hand on chalkboards. A set menu and wine pairings are available or you can take your pick from small and larger plates such as roasted pheasant breast, squash gnocchi, Dorset oysters, and potato and thyme sourdough served with Bovril butter. When you look at the menu you’ll see eclectic global inspirations, as well as classic British recipes. Complement your meal with selected wines, beers, and cocktails. Small bar snacks are also available.

Rogues is also a great venue for a party or event. There are catering options available for groups of various different sizes. The venue also hosts cocktail-making masterclasses with its own experienced specialist. These events run weekly and you can learn how to mix up a few classic tipples, plus enjoy some drinks and nibbles along the way. The cosy and welcoming feel at Rogues, as well as the dynamic food and drinks, mean its reputation continues to steadily grow.
