Chef Gabriel Waterhouse, whose past experience includes stints in the likes of Galvin La Chapelle, The Ritz, and Lyle's, planted the seeds of The Water House Project way back in 2015 by hosting pop-ups at his flat. His present-day venture stays rooted in the progressive spirit of East London, as well as the comforting embrace of being welcomed into someone's home and invited to dine with them. Intimately lit, with tasteful floral decor, communal tables, and simple but functional furnishings, the restaurant's thoughtfully designed interior makes diners feel at ease while they enjoy the refined delicacies crafted by the kitchen.
