The worst customer service experience ever had. I was a regular Wagamama customer, loved food and the whole experience, but the service at Wagamama South terminal was awful this afternoon. I walked into the restaurant around 3pm, few people queueing. The waiter at the door offered me a bar sitting, happy for the place. Another waiter came for the order but no pork soup. Before sitting any customer, staff need to acknowledge customers what you have and what not! I ordered fresh juice, no juices available. I could go away and leave the place but after waiting for a while for taking my order, I did not want to go somewhere and queuing again. I had to order a pad Thai. Food came quicker then the fork and knife. Never had a pad thai with fork, I had to request 2 times for a chop stick. Pad Thai was bland, tasteless. Even the lime squizzed on it was tasteless. This place is going down the hill. Terrible service, poor quality food. The bartender was overworking, stressed but always with a smile. She was the only good thing to see in this place: someone does her job properly.
