Menus are strictly seasonal, whilst also exploring different regions and ingredients from all across Argentina. On the menu, you can expect to see dishes like baked Provolone cheese drizzled in oregano honey and grilled flank steak with salsa verde and bone marrow jus. Sides include potato and braised cabbage gratin and purple sprouting broccoli with mustard, chilli and mint. They don't skimp on dessert either, there's grilled pineapple with lemon verbena cream and oats as well as a selection of cheeses serves with different chutneys.

When it comes to drinks, the wine list is sourced exclusively from Argentina and is available by the glass as well as the bottle, meaning it's really easy to get a taste of wines from all over the country.
