Where is the service from a big fashion house like Chanel?? I was there (Stockholm boutique) today because I spoke last week with a nice lady and I suppose to came again with the recipe from my bag. She was very helpful and she promised that she will help me. But today another lady come to help me but she said directly no, sorry, cannot help you. When I ask her name, to know whom I’m talking to she turns her back to me and walk away. After she came and she said the manager will come. I ask again her visit card and she totally ignored me. This is outrageous, really. We are in a civilized society and we paying a lot of money for what? Ignorance? I don’t know what I should do, but this is not normal. She should go away from Chanel and find another job. I don’t know if someone will read this but I simply can’t let this happen. Sorry Chanel ,but you should take care of your customers more!
