This was honestly the worst salon visit I’ve ever had. I came in with a photo and clearly explained what I wanted – a classic French manicure with a thin white tip. I showed the photo several times and repeatedly said during the process that the white tip was way too thick. I was completely ignored.
In the end, he said he would file it down. That just resulted in losing all the length we had agreed on – and the white part was still way too thick and uneven! I was left with short, crooked nails and a look that had nothing to do with what I asked for.
The work was sloppy, the lines were uneven, and the execution was rough. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was met with zero understanding – just rude, condescending responses. Not a single apology, just a cold demand to pay full price for work I never approved of.
Unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unserious. There are plenty of good nail salons out there – this is NOT one of them.
