Jason Atherton's Pollen Street Social opened back in 2011 and was awarded a Michelin star within its first six months that it still holds today. With the restaurant's concept being redeveloped in 2020, this relaxed venue serves modern British cuisine in a sociable setting. There's a choice of set menus available but you can also opt for private dining in the sophisticated dining room with spittoons for wine tasting and a view into the kitchen. Pollen Street Social focuses on nurturing long-term relationships with their suppliers, serving quality produce sourced from throughout the UK. A four-course à la carte menu is on offer with dishes like Cornish blue lobster and Lake District lamb. You can also choose from a selection of tasting menus. For plant-based diners, vegetarian and vegan tasting and four-course menus are available. Wine pairings are also offered for all tasting menus.
