Their meat is smoked for hours, cooked medium rare if you wish, and served with an assortment of sides, like charred hispi cabbage, creamed spinach and roasted sweet potatoes. They also serve wagyu burgers and pan-fried seabass for those who don't fancy an entire slab of meat.
