Terrible experience! I asked how long it would take for my food before paying and was told 10 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, there were still two people ahead of me who hadn’t received their orders, so I estimated I had another 10-minute wait. I went back to the counter and mentioned I had been told 10 minutes, only to be told, “Sometimes it takes longer, that’s just how it is.” I requested a refund, not wanting to wait any longer, and was told to write my number on a piece of paper and they’d handle it “when they had time.” Then, one of the staff members ( the woman ) started shouting, swearing at me, saying, “F***, F***this is because of people like you that I’m so F***ing stressed.” Highly unprofessional. When I calmly reiterated my request for a refund, another staff member ( the man ) told me to leave, saying I’d get my money later. Not trusting the situation, I refused to leave without my refund. I ended up calling the police, who were shocked at what had happened and advised me to file a report. 30 minutes later, I finally received a refund, but it was the wrong amount. I had to text them again before I eventually got the full refund. I never got to try the food, but based on this experience, the lack of professionalism and the poor handling of the situation were unacceptable. Cursing at customers is never appropriate. Do NOT recommend, I tried to support a small business, but it was clearly a mistake. It's obvious that not everyone is suited to run one
