Here, fear is not explored as a narrative, but as a bodily process. A ritual of blood, sweat, and flesh; an intense dance performance. Four nordic dancers meet four british writers with new and bold poetry - a clash of language and movement where boundaries dissolve. A scream caught in the throat. The gaze that cannot look away. The sound of a body pushed to its absolute limit.
R U Scared Yet? Is a physical exorcism, a cleansing of the uncomfortable, a corporeal rewriting of fear's anatomy. Fear is not just an emotion; it is a pulsating, living force pulling at every muscle, every joint, every nerve. We are forced to live with fear in our bodies, to feel it and be part of it. It's an experience that leaves everything exposed, not a second of hesitation, where every breath, every sweaty bodily movement is a boundary crossed. It is here, in this challenge, that fear both loses and finds its meaning.
The borders between desire, disgust, terror, and pleasure blur. It's a challenge for both body and mind, forcing us to confront our own physical and mental limits. Here lies the real answer to the question: R U Scared Yet?
