Where to start.
Ceviche is not supposed to be served with shrimps - never. The shrimp used are the one from a can, I could taste the conservatives in them. The salmon was not fresh or used great parts of salmon in the ceviche. Leche the Tigre had no flavour or sting to it.
Sweet potato fries that I orders were wet and soggy.
Churro was a enormous letdown for the price; three tiny sticks served with loads of sugar, cinnamon and a put of hot chocolate.
Complements to the chef - you need to upgrade your cooking skills and learn how to cook proper Latin cuisine.
